Navigating the path to CVRP, CVRP-TSA, or ICVE/CCVE designation is a rigorous process designed to uphold excellence in professional competence, ethics, and practice. You do not have to navigate it alone.
I’m Heather Mallard, and I work with professionals who want to strengthen their vocational practice and move confidently toward designation and advanced forensic work. Through my clinical and evaluative experience, as well as service on the CVRP Peer Review, Registration, and Professional Practice Committees, I have developed a strong understanding of the competencies, standards, and ethical expectations that support high-quality professional practice.
My mentorship extends beyond exam preparation. I help mentees develop stronger technical TSA skills, more effective forensic report writing, and a more confident, evidence-based approach to vocational evaluation. Whether you are preparing your first submission or refining a complex forensic report, I offer practical, structured guidance to help you produce work that is thoughtful, defensible, and aligned with professional standards.
