I’m Heather Mallard, and I work with professionals who want to strengthen their vocational practice and move confidently toward designation and advanced forensic work. Through my clinical and evaluative experience, as well as service on the CVRP Peer Review, Registration, and Professional Practice Committees, I have developed a strong understanding of the competencies, standards, and ethical expectations that support high-quality professional practice.

My mentorship extends beyond exam preparation. I help mentees develop stronger technical TSA skills, more effective forensic report writing, and a more confident, evidence-based approach to vocational evaluation.
