This resource library is designed for vocational rehabilitation professionals, case managers, disability consultants, and legal professionals working within the Canadian context.

All guides are developed by Heather Mallard, BA, CVRP-TSA, ICVE, CCVE, RVP — an independent vocational evaluator with expertise in psycho-vocational assessments, employability evaluations, functional capacity interpretation, and forensic vocational reporting.

Tools are provided for educational purposes and reflect current Canadian occupational classification frameworks including OaSIS, NOC 2021, and established physical demands criteria.
