The VOICE Framework™ was developed from over a decade of experience designing and facilitating pre-employment, vocational readiness, and work transition programming.
It draws on direct practice in vocational rehabilitation, employability support, case consultation, and vocational evaluation. This foundation allows the program to bridge structured vocational exploration with the real-world complexity that often affects work readiness, career direction, and return-to-work planning.
The framework reflects a practical, evidence-informed approach to helping individuals better understand their skills, barriers, context, and next steps.
-
The VOICE Framework™ is a vocational direction and planning program. It is not a treatment program, psychotherapy service, medical service, legal service, or formal vocational evaluation.
The program is not intended to assess disability, determine employability, provide expert opinion, or replace individualized clinical, legal, or rehabilitation recommendations.
